Ms. Dhinakaran is the founder of Dhinakaran International Law Consultancy Service, specializing in public international law and with a special focus on international civil service law. 

Education

Ms. Dhinakaran obtained her Bachelors degree in law (B.A. B.L) with honours in 2007 from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University in Chennai, India. She holds a Masters degree in public international law (LLM, cum laude), with special focus on international civil service law, from Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands. 

Experience

Ms. Dhinakaran founded her consultancy in March 2011. Prior to this, she obtained work experience from her tenure as an international organizations law researcher at the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute, Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam and trainee at the International Criminal Court, International Labour Organisation and Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. She is currently counsel to the Staff Union of the European Patent Organisation and a consultant to the CAVV Schrijfgroep of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
